Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
The staff were friendly. I appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and free parking. The rooms felt a bit outdated and could use some refurbishing. Consider bringing your own towels for added comfort.

The rooms of our place were well-organised and great-sized for the kitchen above my bathroom, everything was fine. The location for Coventry was ideal and exceptionally nice, so close to National Motorcycle Museum and Birmingham. It also was close to a good Indian Restaurant.
Some people working there were busy.

The exterior of the building carries a vibe that looks quite inviting, giving the impression of a well-kept hotel before stepping inside. The limited takeaway Sunday lunch menu offers a variety of mains and sides that, when heated at home, deliver a satisfying meal experience-especially the standout vegetables.
The interior decor is a blend of late 70's and 80's styles, looking quite tired in places, which might not appeal to everyone. My first night lacked Wi-Fi, and the room was chilly with flat pillows making sleep difficult. The inconsistency of the showers, which mainly provided lukewarm water, was particularly disappointing. A persistent noise resembling banging pipes during the night definitely disrupted any chance of a peaceful rest.

Particularly good and fab location in a relatively quiet area, short walk to train station, Birmingham, and desert.

Great spot for uni visitors
I stayed here for 2 nights and it was a decent place. The staff were super friendly, always ready to help. The room was spacious and cozy. Breakfast was yummy, and I had a nice dinner too. Just wish the shower worked better. It was kinda broken. Good vibes!

The room was spacious and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The absence of air conditioning was nice, and a fridge would have been useful for storing baby food. Service at the bar was slow during busy times.
